Return Process

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly tools are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of the box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
